We are a small organization, so unfortunately that does limit us in terms of returns and exchanges, but we would love to work with you on finding a solution. If your item was damaged on arrival, you need a different size, or have any other problems, please email us at shop.themanyarehere@gmail.com and we will do our best to work on a solution. 

• We do not have free return shipping labels. If you'd like to make a return we will certainly refund your money when you send it back, but we cannot give you a free label.
• If you'd like an exchange we can usually send you the new item with free shipping, but that is not guaranteed.
• In general we only process returns/exchanges on orders delivered within 30 days.
